    Is this thing just a -1 inventory space item, or do we turn it in somewhere?

    To my knowledge after you complete all three nations inn quests with this in your inventory (1) Ul'dah inn (2) Gridania inn (3) Limsa inn, its officially -1 inventory space item.

    You are free to toss it.
