    Yes I doubt Elpis wasn't even a thought when those dungeons were originally engendered....

    Oh I'm sure they weren't cause the Io alone that spawn from the concept crystals in Anammesis would have looked like their updated looks. That and as I said the Mandragoras aren't labeled as Endgendered even though the regular one shows up in a quest chain in Elpis. Yay for small inconsistencies. Unless headcannons are OK in this instance and we want to say the bureaucratic society dropped the ball at some step in their labeling process.
