Cannot Restart Progress on FFXVI Collab Questline

This morning I started the FFXVI questline and because I wanted to start it from the beginning later today, I abandoned the quest. Now I cannot start it. I thought it would just repopulate like any other quest available in the game but I can't see the NPC where it begins nor can I see the Clive NPC at any point where maybe it would start a quest in the line. Is there no way to restart the progression of events?
