[Suggestion] Add raise spell to BLM or remove it from RDM and SMN

I don't see why BLM is above the two others, there's no good argue, also BLM has infinite mana in ice so BLM could raise for free instant cast during ice...
Rotation ? RDM and SMN has to plan, RDM has to fill up gauges in time for some points of the fight, not loose a gcd to raise someone ; SMN has to keep instant for garuda's puddle or an ifrit cast

No really please remove it, RDM SMN are DPS, it's already enough to plan the rotation
