    I don't use Outlook, but I did check every folder in my email. Nothing anywhere. I'm really worried. It doesn't seem like anyone else has been waiting as long as I have.

    Edit: Speak of the devil, bonus code finally obtained! Crisis averted. I do hope that anyone else experiencing a delay receives their codes soon, though.
