My friends who play on Playstation say that they just bought the expansion and the pre-order items showed up in their in-game inboxes. If that didn't happen for you, you should first make sure your purchase went through and if it did, contact SE support for help.I see folks talking about receiving codes for the pre-order bonuses via email; does that apply to PS5 and PS4 pre-orders as well as PC ones? I'm used to PS5 pre-orders just giving you the stuff without any need for codes (though maybe FF14 is different, it's been a hot minute since Endwalker) and I want to make sure I have my ducks in a row before making a support ticket.
