Authenticator finally dying

So my OG autheticator is about to die, is there a mobile authenticator available? simular to the WoW app?

I use google authenticator for mine. It can be used for pretty much anything that has a one time password. Facebook, twitch, ffxiv, etc...

I ditched my authenticator token a few years ago and went to Google Authenticator. It's worked great.

The Square Enix token is discontinued. You will have to use a third party authenticator.

Google Authenticator is good. Can download it from the app stores easy.

I use Authy on my iPhone and Apple Watch, as does my spouse.
Since we have all of our accounts on each device, there's no worries about one device failing.

Yes, you can download Google Authenticator and attach it to your FFXIV account.

I use it for mine, no problems yet.
