    3 days since I purchased Dawntrail and I haven't gotten a confirmation e-mail

    I purchased the game the first day it was available. I was not able to log in, but checked out as a guest using the e-mail associated with my account. The purchase went through on my credit card, but I haven't gotten any confirmation of it. The order is not showing up in my account on Mog Station or the Square Enix store, and I've gotten no confirmation in my e-mail (and yes, I've checked the junk mail folder). I'm not sure posting here will do any good, I've submitted a ticket to the store support, but so far have only gotten canned responses.

    Normally I would dispute the transaction on my credit card if this went on for much longer, but I'm afraid my account will be banned if I do it in this case.

    Well, i wouldnt expect it to show up in your account and even less so on the mogstation since tou bought it as a guest. That being said you shouldhave gotten the confirmation mail almost immediately. So something is definitely wrong.
    I am guessing you didnt get the email with the code for the preorder items either?
    Me waiting on it for 3 days now on the one i bought as a guest.
    The other one i bought on my account I I got almost right away.

    As for the canned responses, this is nothing more then I expect from any support system.
    As long as the majority of the problems are fixed by them support desks will keep giving them. Thanks the average id10t.

    I haven't. The only proof I have is the transaction on my credit card and a screenshot I took of the order confirmation (which I took because of the issues the site was having that day).

    Have you at least received your confirmation email by today? I have not and the support ticket has had no movement either.
