This thread makes me sad for many reasons My advice for anyone who is unsure is to just contact SE directly for specific information concerning your exact situation.

Dispite any helpfulness the forum community can give its really up to SE. And if you can get a reply from them (preferably in written form with a ticket/help request number) You can bring it up with them again if whatever they tell you does not turn out to be the case.

Arguing semantics at this point won't help anyone.
