Also I'd like to be linked to where its stated that you have to have paid for a month before June 30th? As this isn't stated on the Lodestone and I feel like this is a cheap blow as I just spent money that now seems wasted without being told all the details apparently :/

This one is on the lodestone main page, under "Regarding the 90-Day Subscription Option (06/15/2012)".

I played before the start of billing and I am no longer in my 30-day Free Trial period. What do I need to do to qualify for the Legacy campaign?
You will need to register a 90-day subscription option to your account before June 30th, 2012 to be able to fulfill the requirements needed to qualify for the Legacy Campaign.

Returning Players
Players who played before January 5, 2012 and wish to resume playing again will need to register for a 90-day subscription before Saturday, June 30, 2012 in order to fulfill the requirements needed to qualify for the Legacy Campaign.

That lodestone entry was cemented at the top of the lodestone until June 30th. Should they have included this information in their quickie overview page of Legacy though? Heck yeah.
