    Pre purchase item code wrong zone

    I have had an active FFXIV account for the last 10 years, i was based in the USA, i moved to Australia a couple of years ago, changed my billing account no problem and transfared my account to an Oce server. I just pre purchased the new xpac and got my registration code for the earing and minion, however , when i went to the mog station to redeam it tells me i have the wrong code for my region, upon checking, i see SE still has me with my USA address.

    The update account page wont let me update countries, anyone have any suggestions?
