When I log in on PC it stops at launcher and will not progress.

First time this is happening to me. I try to play and game will just go to (launcher) white screen, and sits there. My husband uses Steam, (I do not) and is having the same problem. Internet working fine for other things.

We would also like to request for a system report. This can be generated by opening the launcher and going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display and then copy and paste all the details into a response here.
