Unable to install and play the game from some Ukrainian ISPs

Many ukrainian ISPs are blocking access to russian IP addresses, which makes launcher unusable: when it starts and tries to update the game it tries to send requests to 62.140.236.147 (and to 62.140.236.146), which is blocked in Ukraine:

The blocking is enforced by law which was issued after massive bot attacks from russia after the invasion, so Ukrainians can't just ask their ISP to stop blocking.
