Last Thursday when I tried to enter a game time code, I got an error i2501 so I contacted support.
I attempted the troubleshooting they suggested and after seeing it wasn't working, I was told to wait 24 hours and that the error would time out by then but, if it didn't, I should contact support again.
Since the error kept happening after 24 hours, I contacted support again on Friday, and was told the issue was to be escalated.
Is now Wednesday and I've been told by support that the case's review doesn't even have an ETA.
How is it possible that for what it's supposedly an error that will time out on its own, not only it's still happening but also, it hasn't been reviewed?
The support agents have been trying all they can and have been a delight, but this is beyond absurd.
