    ive been having this issue too, been trying for the last 13 hours doing everything i could possibly think of, different browsers, trying on my phone, clearing cookies and cache, etc

    nothing is sticking

    Been trying for days. I've done all the clear cache, change browsers nonsense folks like to toss out as non-answers, it's something fundamentally broken with how they are processing these orders. The error doesn't tell you what it is, what part of the address is a problem, there's no pencil icon I have no idea where you folks are even seeing that. Maybe once you get to the payment information - most of us not even getting there. I've tried on VPN, off VPN, Firefox, Brave with shields on and off, Edge now at someone's suggestion, on my hotspot, at my home network, at my work network, on my laptop, on my desktop - you folks getting through are literally just getting lucky.

    SE should be better able to handle this load - folks are acting like the costs would be astronomical, they wouldn't be. You budget and plan around these peaks and then you don't have customers having problems and your name plastered all over media with articles every time you pre-release an expac. I mean, if you insist on yourself and maybe one other storefront being the only possible sources of the product.

    I've been troubleshooting this issue for weeks, experimenting with different browsers, networks, and clearing caches, but I keep encountering the same error message. While the last three digits of the error message may vary depending on the browser or device I'm using, the underlying problem remains consistent.

    anyone has a consistent solution to the issue? or any updates? I have also tried all the tricks listed, but still not able to get past the billing address error. trying to check out as guest doesnt work either

    Managed to solve it by buying the game over mobile data instead of WIFI. Posting some of the solutions suggested by support here for anyone that needs it:
    - Try a different browser
    - Delete cache/cookies/browsing data from browser
    - Try on a smartphone with data instead of WiFi
    - Try on a different computer
    - Try from a different location
    - Checking out as a guest (for purchasing an order)
    - Disable any VPNs
