Same for me. I restarted steam after finding out my friend had already got their key even though they paid for it hours after I had.
I have my key now. So again try restarting steam.

It may be worth a shot, will see when I log in tomorrow however I would stil rate it as false advertising, but it is not going to kill me off or anything, I wonder however if I am going to get the same issue when we reach the pre-launch time.

Oh for heavens sake. It's not false advertising if the system gets overloaded.
