Been trying all day and from what I can see is the system engineers did not anticipate the amount of traffic on opening day and did not add servers to the cluster to accommodate the traffic and caused the system to take a proverbial 'dump' on everyone trying to log in and sign up ... I am a network engineer by trade but work with the systems guys hand in hand so I know someone screwed the pooch on this expansion .... now we need to wait a few days if not weeks just to be able to clear it up and log in ... I doubt they will prove me wrong
