    SE EU shop lets you only do one pre-order

    I have two service account but the EU shop lets me only order one digital copy of the game.

    Makes no sense allowing service accounts and then you still have to create a second shop account if you want to do an order for all your service accounts.

    Edit: I tried to also open a ticket on the SE Store page, but there it said they can't handle requests for this title (FFXIV Online) and forwarded me to a FFXIV Online site, where I was re-routed to the SE Store again. Excellent customer support there.

    Never mind, it's impossible to preorder anyway. Pretty upset as well, as I wanted to gift a copy. They are ridiculous, servers are completely unworking.

    You can logout and purchase as a Guest to get around this issue of being logged in.

    This way, you can purchase multiple.
