It's generally a good idea to wait a few days with 14 because people slam everything and cause massive congestion. People had to wait 1-2 days for a simple Fantasia when Endwalker launched and even new mounts can get people waiting around 24h. Personally I'm not shocked that people are facing similar now. Imo, there really isn't a reason to order on Day 1 unless you're trying to get something that could reasonably run out quickly (like something that comes with a limited run of statues for example).
Might be a shot in the dark but did you happen to give the wrong email address? Even one letter off?

It's not about the money I've paid for a product I've orderd and didn't receive. Money isn't an Issue.
I'm more concerned about ordering Downtrail again when the Expansion hits on July 2.
If they are not able to deliver the Pre-Order Code to me, how are they abel to send me the Code for a regular Order in July?
I'm playing this Game for 10 years now. What will happen then? Will I be able to play Downtrail?

It got autosort into "promotions" folder in my gmail instead of the main inbox.
I've ordered and check-out as a Guest. They have to send me the Code via Email. I guess.
