Your best bet would be to buy the key from a 3rd party retailer like I did.
I'm glad to hear you could sort this out.
Anyway, it amazes me that a Company this big can't handle simple Orders from their Store or Website.
I'm still waiting to get an answer from the Support. Just automated Emails, apart from than that, silence.
I guess I have to take steps I really don't want to.
