I think Blizzard has decent customer service and GMs compared to SE. They once logged onto my character to find out why I couldn't do a quest and figured out I was phasing incorrectly, then fixed it right away. Took a few hours and two reports to get in contact with a real person, like 30 mins logged out while they fixed it and I got to continue gaming. You're lucky to get a canned response to a ticket in this game.

Square Enix customer service will not speak to people. They take your money illegally and will ban you if you try to take it back legally.
