It sucks as well because what are you going to do? You can't just not buy Dawntrail because they got you hooked. So you can't speak with your wallet. Their CS is an absolute joke most of the time anyway, and now they're ignoring us. I'm scared to do a charge back because most companies ban you for it, but I got a double charge on my one card. My Amazon card worked just fine, and I got my code, but I'm out that money until it either falls off or SE refunds me. But CS has been silent. I feel like I'm dealing with Blizzard, but I can't even make that joke. Blizzard's CS is absolutely amazing when it comes to money. In the game, they could give a rats, but when D4 came out and my launcher stroked out and I bought it 3 times, they immediately fixed the problem. Like 5 minutes tops.
