Not in EU, but I'm on day 2 of a support ticket just trying to preorder. Silence on twitter and everywhere else from SE, nothing since the 26th like the problems just magically disappeared.

Not really sure what to do at this point. There doesn't seem to be any clear escalation path for the website issues.
