Well, checked my bank this morning and the monies taken have been refunded/reversed (so may have been a "holding" transaction). Can't say support's response to my ticket about it was well received as it basically was a generic "We are having issues, please try again using Paypal" when at the time my case was "I've paid monies but you cancelled my order, what do I do?".
Anyway, tried again using PayPal and it's gone through fine - just waiting for code to come through.
Could've waited a few days I suppose but just wanted to get it sorted.
