SE EU Store Payment issues?

so my dawntrail order status is canceled, got an email order is canceled also and in the desc it also said "Your code isn't available yet. We'll send you an email when it's ready."
do i need to re buy again or just wait ?
afraid that ill get double copy and double payment

so i tried with card once more and its cancelled again
3rd time im using paypal and now its on awaiting fulfillment phase
