I guess, the EU store is DDoS'ed because too many people want to preorder Dawntrail. And their website cannot handle so many visitors.

so my dawntrail order status is canceled, got an email order is canceled also and in the desc it also said "Your code isn't available yet. We'll send you an email when it's ready."
do i need to re buy again or just wait ?

I also have had Issue. Placed 2 Cases and Still nothing. Bottom line, Not recommended to get game through Square Enix Store. And Enix support is disappointing a well. They are better than this.

Apparently, your card now has to be from the same country as the store your ordering from, as I'm no longer in the country that I was in before they kept canceling my orders even though the bank would OK the transaction (didn't face this issue on the old store).
Your best bet would be to buy the key from a 3rd party retailer like I did.

I'm still waiting to get an answer from the Support. Just automated Emails, apart from than that, silence.

Just made a purchase and got the order confirmation, transaction complete.. but in 5 minutes next e-mail The status of your order has changed to Declined.
So now it seems I have to wait for weeks to het a refund. I've made the order from different coutry then my card.
