SE EU Store Payment issues?

I guess, the EU store is DDoS'ed because too many people want to preorder Dawntrail. And their website cannot handle so many visitors.

so my dawntrail order status is canceled, got an email order is canceled also and in the desc it also said "Your code isn't available yet. We'll send you an email when it's ready."
do i need to re buy again or just wait ?
afraid that ill get double copy and double payment

I also have had Issue. Placed 2 Cases and Still nothing. Bottom line, Not recommended to get game through Square Enix Store. And Enix support is disappointing a well. They are better than this.

If anyone is still facing this issue, I had SE refund me today.

Apparently, your card now has to be from the same country as the store your ordering from, as I'm no longer in the country that I was in before they kept canceling my orders even though the bank would OK the transaction (didn't face this issue on the old store).

Your best bet would be to buy the key from a 3rd party retailer like I did.

Why are people desperate to order an unlimited digital key? Just wait a few a days. The only people storming that website like a bunch of greasy black friday shoppers do to bestbuy should be those trying to get the physical collectors edition. You're stressing out over nothing if that's not your goal.

AFAIK they stopped selling it because the servers couldn't handle it. Not because they couldn't produce keys. A prudent decision. Just like patiently waiting to preorder at less congested times.

The physical goods are still available, at least on the EU store. Maybe now the buying process is less stressfull than it was in the morning. But sadly you never know beforehand how fast it will be sold out. Maybe SE learned from Endwalker and have more in stock now. Who knows.

Are you using a VPN? Lots of sites block stuff if you are doing things over a VPN. It's beyond aggravating - but their justification is it helps to prevent or track fraud. So if you have a vpn on, shut it down for the transaction then turn it back on.
