SE EU Store Payment issues?

I've already logged a support request with SE but just wondering if anyone else is having trouble pre-ordering Dawntrail (Digital Collectors Edition) on the EU store?

I've tried three different cards and all are declined (with no indication why they are been declined). Cards are fine I use them all the time (including one earlier on Amazon), my details are correct - I can't see why it's declining the payments.

Only thing I can think of is they are having issues but just wondering if anyone else is?

I have the same problem with payment. I also tried different browsers (Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome). Always fails even though the payment details are 100% correct. Grumpy

I've got the exact same issue. Then i used my Paypal and it worked perfectly.

Yup, having problems too.

Least now it's getting to the 'one-time' password part of the payment, it just then comes up with the message

SOMETHING'S GONE WRONG
Checkout not found

Immediately cancels the order and says your basket is empty /urgh

Yeah, one of my fellow players said they've admitted there's issues with the card payment side of things at present. I'm getting the same thing when trying again but actually creates an Order (abeit Cancelled) under account info.

May just give it a day or so and try again once they sort their site out.

I've got the exact same issue. Then i used my Paypal and it worked perfectly.

PayPal did the trick for me as well.

And just to make it even more fun - order was auto-cancelled but my bank just notified me that payment was taken, twice. Another message to Billing Support sent. Come on SE, this shouldn't be happening!!!

Same issue here. So upset. Also I cannot gift a copy, who knows why. They are completely ridiculous.

I guess, the EU store is DDoS'ed because too many people want to preorder Dawntrail. And their website cannot handle so many visitors.
