PC - Higher Refresh Rate looks Grainy

I am new to a higher end refresh rate. I got a new monitor that can do up to 240hz, I have g-sync turned on and running full screen mode and have tried in game frame rate at None and 240, both look grainy at times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially in layman's terms.

Hello, i am afraid, that there is no help for that. There are some things in the game, which are framerate dependent. If the framerate is too high then some things look very strange. The same is with clothes animations in the wind. The higher the framerate the faster this animation runs. Try the frame limiter in the driver.
