Mounts that don't show the players' characters are lame...

Nothing wrong with the Paissa itself - I just hate the whole 'hanging off the chest' element of it. It looks ridiculous to me.

Fair point! I think it's kinda funny and you can get some nice pictures if you freeze in the flying position, but it is silly looking.

I guess I don't understand the design choice on several of them. Are we supposed to be crammed inside the Fall Guys rhino? What happens to us with the Rising Phoenix? Some people seem to be under the impression that we transform into it but the description says we summon a familiar that assumes the likeness of the phoenix.

We have space jellyfish mounts that shrink us to miniature size, so that we float inside them. Not all that unbelievable that our character sizes shrink for the rhino too.

lunar whale: its a spaceship not an actual whale, its just a name
rhino: yes
rising phoenix: its a recolor of two other phoenix mounts where you ride them, the fact you arnt on thsi one thus is deliberate.

Including the Ark in the DT Collector's Edition it's at least 5 mounts and all in the last couple years. It's looking like a trend at this point and I'm free to give my feedback about it. If people disagree that's perfectly fine, I'm happy for you if you enjoy the mounts and I'm sure the devs are happy people are satisfied with them.

Wow it means there could be as many as ten of them in two years. This is extremely serious

That Airship mount that is the original FF Airship is pretty cool and that one does not show the player, because it wouldn't make sense to.

Tip: having a macro of "/ridepillion <2>" bound to a key takes a lot of the hassle out of riding pillion.
