KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:
B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

North America Region:
  • The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico
  • Canada (excluding Quebec)

Other Regions:
  • Austria
  • Germany
  • France (excluding French Overseas Territories)
  • The United Kingdom (excluding Overseas British Territories)
  • Sweden
  • Norway
  • Australia

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 28 March 2024 at 10:00 (GMT) / 3:00 a.m. (PDT) / 21:00 (AEDT) and 11 April 2024 at 16:00 (GMT) / 17:00 (BST) / 9:00 a.m. (PDT) / 12 April 2024 at 3:00 (AEDT) (the "Entry Period").


E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
  • Log in to your X account (if necessary, first create an X account for free at x.com).
  • During the Entry Period, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall post on the FFXIV X account announcing the beginning of the Promotion (the “Announcement Post”).
  • Repost the Announcement Post.
  • Reply to the Announcement Post on the FFXIV X account and include the hashtag #FFXIVSweepstakes
  • Follow the official English FFXIV X account (@FF_XIV_EN), French FFXIV X account (@FF_XIV_FR), or the German FFXIV X account (@FF_XIV_DE) (together the “FFXIV X Account”) from your X account.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select two (2) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries; one (1) winner shall be selected from the North America Region and one (1) winner shall be selected from the Other Regions (as defined above).

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive each of the following prize(s):
  • One (1) custom-designed FINAL FANTASY XIV branded Xbox Series X console (USD $499.99 / £479.99 / €549.99 / AUD $799.00) – THIS ITEM IS NON-FUNCTIONAL AND FOR DISPLAY ONLY.
  • One (1) retail Xbox Series X console (USD $499.99 / £479.99 / €549.99 / AUD $799.00)
  • One (1) 12-month Xbox Ultimate Game Pass subscription code (USD $169.90 / £109.99 / €155.88 / AUD $227.40)
  • One (1) FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Complete Collector’s Edition Xbox game code (USD $139.99 / £84.99 / €99.99 / AUD $158.95)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about 2 May 2024 via X Direct Messages.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion shall be as set out below:
  • North America Region: Square Enix Inc.
  • Other Regions: Square Enix Limited

J. Additional Terms :
  • Sponsor is not liable for any defects or other product liability related to Xbox Series X or Xbox Ultimate Game Pass.
  • Xbox Series X consoles are subject to Microsoft’s limited warranty terms which are found here: https://support.microsoft.com/warranty.
  • Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Memberships must be redeemed at microsoft.com/redeem (credit card information is required) and is subject to Microsoft Terms and Conditions at https://xbox.com/subscriptionterms.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
