Rolling Tankard Mount: Missing Animation in High-Latency Environment (video provided)

The Rolling Tankard mount does not correctly display the ability explosion animations in a high-latency environment such as Behemoth, Primal. These animations and sound effects are only present in a low-latency environment such as Ravana, Materia.

Steps:
1. Move character to a high-latency environment, such as the Primal Data Centre.
2. Mount the Rolling Tankard mount.
3. Aim the Rolling Tankard towards an NPC or other interactable object (but not a Monster)
4. Use the Rolling Tankard ability "Cannonfire" while facing towards the NPC or other interactable object.
5. The explosive animation and sound effects will not appear if the player is playing within a high-latency environment.
6. Move character to a low-latency environment, such as the Materia Data Centre.
7. Repeat steps 2 through 4.
8. The explosive animation and sound effects will appear correctly within a low-latency environment.

This bug with the Rolling Tankard has existed since it was implemented into the game in 2020. Thanks to cross-region travel, I am now finally able to demonstrate the bug with the exact same character and no differing settings.
