    FFXIV Coins Unable to add at login.

    Get error after logging in saying "Unable to add FFXIV Coins. A system error has occured, please restart the application and try again."

    I've tried login in again but always get the same outcome I checked my region for SE account and Xbox account and they should be match as Americas region, but still not working, purchased some coins to test but ran into this issue :/

    I'm having the same issue. Fortunately I still have plenty of game time that I purchased on my PC, but I'd hate for the coins to go to waste.

    Yeah I also have game time through the website.

    Glad to finally see someone else with the issue and not just me, contacted SE but almost every email I get is from a new person, and gets further and further away from the issue I have :/

    So I sent one last email to SE in hopes of actually get a decent response, Microsoft replied to my appeal for refund but denied it, so it's all up to SE now, I have one idea I want to try, if it works I will post here and let you and others know.

Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. As you had mentioned you have already contacted the North American SQUAR ENIX Customer Support Center then we would advise to await a response to the ticket or follow up via the same email. If need be you may create a new ticket as well should you have lost access to the original one you've sent via the following URL: https://support.na.square-enix.com/

    This thread will be moved to "Separate Support Required" as a result.
