Updating Character Profile

Good afternoon everyone!

I'm getting a new PC (mostly for Dawntrail) and I want to copy over my hud/macros of my main to the new PC. I've found the folder in My Games > FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn and I've found my character's (it is 29.9mb opposed to the others being 500kb-1mb).

However, the date modified is still 2021. I tried changing the HUD layout slightly to see if that altered the date but no luck.

Is there a way to update the profile so my recent HUD/Macro changes are included?
