purchased game on xbox. Cant transfer for 90 days. Can't marry fiance in game

Want to play with fiance and friends, can't join their FC... we can't get married in game..this is awful... please help me transfer to Seraph because otherwise I have no reason to play if I can't be with my fiance and friends and will have to request a refund as I'm losing everything that comes with the complete edition and the 30 day subscription... anything y'all could do to get me on their world asap would be amazing tyvm

Other than creating a new character on your fiancee's world, that's your only option.
And you can't get a refund, according to sec. 4.7 of the North American user agreement:

All charges related to the Game are non-refundable unless third-party criminal activity is involved, as determined by Square Enix.
