    Problem with launcher

    Hey guys!

    Since Thurday I cannot log in the game because the laucher simply doesn't show de options. I called my internet provider and they said that nothing changed in the route/connection (saw in some cases that this was the problem).

    It just shows "A connection error has occurred. Please try again later." in the images of events, in the news and topics. The Server Status doesn't load either.

    I use the steam version, windows 10 and nvidia are updated. Never had this problem before.

    Everything was fine by wednesday. Got back from work and then couldnt play anymore.

    Someone knows what can I do to resolve this?

    This is also my case. I have googled for answers and there seems to be a pattern.

    Customer Support folks on this forum will give us directions to delete files associated with internet explorer, since that is what the launcher uses to jumpstart its connection.

    However that is mostly an irrelevant course of action, as the problem resolves itself on its own over time because the connection issue was, apparently, between the Servers and ISP providers in a given country. But I have yet to see this problem last for days without end. I too have been unable to launch the game since thursday. So it's three days now.

    A similar issue occurred between Steam and the Servers but that was more widespread than this.

    For whatever it is worth, I am trying to connect from Brazil and using the Steam Launcher.

    From what I've been seeing so far, that has been the common thread among all of us unable to connect so far, plus maybe the Steam part.

    Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

    Edit: It might be worth testing out if uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the issue, but it doesn't seem to be the sort of issue caused by that.

    Reinstalling can't really work because we can't access the servers. The only thing we can download is the launcher itself from Steam.

    I suppose our best bet is trying to use a VPN.

    I can confirm now that it's probably a country-wide issue at least for Brazil or parts of it and that using a VPN alleviates it. This has happened to other places before - I've seen posts from Spain and such - but never for 4 days without being able to connect to the servers. Maybe the brazilian community is so small that the developers haven't noticed? Hopefully it will be fixed.

    I have the same problem for five days, and VPN was the only solution I found

    Yes, I can confirm this is the fifth day where the normal launcher doesn't work on our end.

    I took the weekend off and today I logged (now, to be precise). But with a FPS problem.. I use boardless window, in game i have around 5~6fps and if alt-tabed it maintain the 60fps. Im gonna try to figure out why later.
