Lenovo Legion Go issues?

Greetings fellow warriors of light!
I sincerely apologise if this is not the correct section to post and ask this.
I’m getting a Lenovo Legion Go soon to play ffxiv in handheld mode, but I heard that there are some issues going on with it.
The main ones are:
- the game not recognising the controls and the buttons, aka you need keyboard and mouse plugged or you can’t play.
- errors while launching the game or crashes on the start screen.
If anyone plays on the LeGo and would be kind enough to tell me if those are legit problems or just rumours, I’d be very thankful.
I travel a lot for work so I don’t have space to carry my laptop with me.
That said the LeGo is not cheap, so before buying it I would like to have the opinion of someone who uses it regularly.
