Speed running my new FC to rank 6 for home

I just spend like 28 hours speed running my new FC (which I was trying to make for a long while) to rank 6 so I could get a FC home, just to be informed that I had to be a member of the FC I created for more than 30 days. Is there a reason for this? I'm confused and slightly annoyed. Any and all answers would be helpful.

Answer is simple. Back in stormblood when the housing rules were changed. Some crafty folks found what's dubbed the alt loophole. So people were still being multi owners of fc's.

Soemtime last year they changed programming so your character had to be in said fc for 30 days before it could become owner. Didn't slow a darn thing down on people owning multi.

So I guess as a result new fcs were under the 30 day restriction as well. So as to be rank 6, 30 days old and have 4 members for you to even bid on a plot
