I don't think I'm the only one considered this, but I'd love to see equipments' restriction go back to how it's like during ARR. Instead of constricting it to tanks, healers, or certain DPS, we should have it either completely lifted, or restricted to Disciples of War, or Magic.

Similarly, I really want crafters' gears go back to being All Class.

This is, of course, for glamour purpose. I find myself keeping several items sharing models in the Glamour Dresser just to use it for different jobs & roles (ex: 2 top pieces with same model, or 2 earrings, 2 necklaces, or more). This obviously take up a lot of spaces. I don't think I'm the only one that do this.
I have also noticed that only happens for equipment pieces from later on in the game, like Shadowbringer or Endwalker.

To keep it from being confusing, we obviously can keep the stats differences (like Casters getting INT stat, melee STR, healers MND, etc.) as well as the naming schemes (Fending, Healing, Maiming, Striking, Scouting, Aiming, and Magic).
I can understand restricting it during early games so players won't put on a useless piece for their respective job, but at this point, people are at level 80, 90, and 100 soon in Dawntrail, such confusion is extremely rare to happen; even if there is, I imagine many players would be quick to point out and help the ones that do make that mistake.

This will help a lot of people clear up spaces in their Glamour Dresser because they don't have to keep multiple pieces sharing same model so the team doesn't have to increase space for the dresser again, so soon.
It also feel like an easy change to implement without having to do a massive overhaul (I have little experience on this, so do correct me if you find anything)

I can't think of any massive downside to such a change.

So Square Enix please
