I cannot get the launcher to open. The error code that pops up is "Unable to complete version check. [30605][20448][10009][10019]"
I have tried everything that has already been suggested in the forum including uninstalling.

Greetings Peachii,
We apologize for any inconvenience experienced when trying to play Final Fantasy XIV. The error you're receiving is primarily caused by interference with the game data. It can be a result from certain security/privacy changes on Microsoft Edge. Other times, it occurs when an application running in the background causes interference, such as anti-virus software, firewalls, media players, web browsers, communications software, etc.
- Please make sure all background applications (including anti-virus programs such as Norton, Kaspersky, Windows Defender, etc.) have FFXIV whitelisted or temporarily disabled and/or closed to minimize game interference before attempting to log in.
- Within Microsoft Edge, click the "Settings" option on the top right of the browser (under the three dots shown) and go to "Privacy, Search and Services" and go to the "Tracking Prevention" section. Make sure it is turned on and select the "Balanced" option.
Additionally, if any settings have been changed overall, it is best to keep things at default which you can perform manually by using the "Reset Settings" option under the "Settings" tab. Lastly, please ensure that Microsoft Edge is up to date by using the "Settings" > "About Microsoft Edge" option near the bottom left.

Same problem here! I've already reinstalled, I've already turned off the ativirus, I've done everything I found on the networks! And this all happened after the last update you had the day before yesterday... And it only happens on a PC !!! The other one I use in college, it opens normally...
Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
We are sorry to hear that the previously provided troubleshooting methods did not help. Please try the following steps instead:
- Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
▼TCP
54992 through 54994,
55006 through 55007,
55021 through 55040
- We suggest trying to power cycle the router by shutting down the router and leaving the power supply unplugged for 5-10 minutes.
- Flush DNS: Within the "Command Prompt" of the device, please type the command "ipconfig /flushdns".
- Reset TCP/IP: Also within the Command Prompt, type the command "netsh int ip reset" and then restart the computer.
- Delete the Patch Folder: Navigate to the folder using this path This PC > Docs > My Games> FFXIV ARR > Downloads > FFXIV patch
Then either rename or remove the folder, the next time FINAL FANTASY XIV is launched, the client will repair the folder.
- Change local DNS: Please try changing the local DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
- Delete local files with corrupted character data, please note this will not delete the associated characters.
