I'd like to make a suggestion that might be simple, yet potentially impactful: the implementation of the Duty Finder with support for multiple jobs. The idea is quite self-explanatory, but it's worth highlighting its importance.
Duty Finder queues can be long, especially at certain times and depending on the job you're playing. Unfortunately, many players end up losing interest in doing their roulettes or participating in dungeons, even with the sync option activated for a specific job. For some, the goal is simply to get into the desired activity and complete it, whether it's to fulfill daily roulettes or to farm for glamours, among other objectives.
Adding the option to select multiple jobs when queuing in the Duty Finder could significantly reduce wait times. For example, I'm currently trying to get into Eden Promise: Umbra and have already tried as DPS, healer, and tank, but the queue remains long. With the implementation of this feature, players could choose which jobs they want to use, thus streamlining the group formation process and avoiding the search for the job that would result in a shorter wait.
An additional option, considering people who want to level their other jobs, would be to allow players to choose the job they want to enter the duty with and also specify which job they want the experience to be directed towards. This would be similar to the system in place in Frontline and Rival Wings, where players enter with the desired job to gain experience and can then freely switch to the job they actually want to play PvP with.
These small additions could significantly improve the player experience in Final Fantasy XIV, making the group formation process more agile and flexible, as well as facilitating the leveling process for multiple jobs. I hope this suggestion is considered by the development team.
PS:
I would like to ask for some leniency regarding any errors in the English language, as I wrote everything in Portuguese and used a translator to assist with the translation.
