Coils of Bahamut issue

So I decided to do the Coils of Bahamut finally after playing for 2 years, it's one of the only things I haven't done so i wanted to finally get it over with. I'm in the Endwalker patches (6.55) and i have no quests to do so I did all the turns unsynced. I got to turn 5, got the achievements, got the cut scenes then i went to the waking sands to get the quest from Urianger to unlock the second coils but no one is there. It's just Tutaru standing there alone saying that everyone has gone on their adventures and what not. The only thing I haven't tried is doing level synced but everyone I have talked to says that, that shouldn't be an issue. I don't know if it's because I'm in Endwalker and it just soft locked because no one is programed to be in the sands or if I'm just dumb. I also checked in all the places that the quests would be and there is nothing there. Some help would be greatly appreciated

Check in your quest log if you have the quest "Primal Awakening" completed.

My guess is you just didn't fully complete the previous quest.

Sounds like you went to the Rising Stones, but all of Urianger's quests in ARR start from Waking Sands, which is the old HQ.

Wow I am a dumb dumb I was confusing the waking sands with the rising stones, I honestly totally forgot about that place until now. Thank you lmao
