I never want to see skill parties as a whm again,

"I'm here to level my club skills"

"So who's going to heal us ?"

"Do I look like I care !?"

That being said I want to see Power-levelling completely removed from the game in 2.0, I dont' think power-levelling has anything to do unskilled players though, its more like cheating.

It's easy to learn your class after hitting lvl 50.
