Unexpected error 17

I am currently going back to clear all blue marked quests and i am doing "a voice from the void" level 70 and i go to load a cut scene and it gives me that message (error 17) and kicks me off the game. However when starting the quest i had no issue loading the cut scenes at the start.

I play the game on PC the only other applications open are steam, discord and chrome that is all i really use. It appears within a few seconds of trying to load the cutscene. I have tried to verify the game files and enter a different server and load the cutscene, making sure all drivers and applications are up to date then restarting the pc. I only have one extra character but it is still in ARR so i can not test that out.

Update: I got another issue while trying to install the latest patch and when i did it would not allow me to boot up the game and i had to delete some internet files and re install the game, i got back into the game which i was very happy about and thought id test the lvl 70 quest again to see if it loaded the cut scene and it did!! very happy i appreciate you getting back to me but the issues seems to be fixed
