Rework Grand company and grand company seals.

I vote to eliminate the "locked" in grand companyjoining seals and just allow all 3 at all times to be accessible for turn in and seal and rewards

The rework would be simple, tie in all company seal quest, dungeon, etc to their region/locations. Turn in will be of your choosing turn in at Gridania for Gridania seal for example.

Only Issue would be the retainer squad, but just make them cross companies.

Grand Company choice is used to delineate more than just handing in of company seals. You just want an excuse to turn in equipment anywhere you feel like it.

No, I just don't want to change companies just to get glamour pieces each time. I don't even want glamour pieces. There isn't actually a point to grand companies since squareenix remove pvp restrictiopns on grand companies. That was the ONLY reason to lock you in. Nothing changes in the game if you earn points for one state or the other.

Now, if SquareEnix would create a weekly "best nation" event where total cumilative points added up and you got a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place state that added bonuses to exp or rewards then...sure lock us into nations again. As the system is now, I don't see the point of locking you into a nation.

Alternatively, Maybe they can do a new PVP event with you and your squadrons fighting other States(players) PVP with rewards items via "special" company seals.
