Yeah I agree They could maybe let us slightly alter the ears like they do the tail..just a little bit more so. That way we could have ears that kinda resemble wolves, fox, or the more traditional cat..hehe and that way not everyone will look the same

The one thing I really like about this game (and XI) is that I could actually picture RL people looking like the characters we play. I usually like the anime type look but I think SE did a very nice job making these races look very realistic.

Yes they really managed to bring a realistic touch to both games. I enjoy leaving the races how they are but all wouldn't mind if they added an ability to make a few adjustments to tails and ears for those who want. I know we are definitely getting a larger selection of customization for each race at 2.0.
