I think TBN in its current form is frustrating (especially in normal content), and not very interesting in spite of technically having more than just a normal ogcd shield you press without an afterthought. Dark Dance was a lot funnier to play with.

You're purposefully ignoring what I write...

If there is a problem of tank balance, and I do agree there probably is one, then fix that balance, but don't use it as an excuse to harm the intricacies of the battle system further. If you think that party wide magical mitigation is not applicable to "most content", then I think you're being either disingenuous or delusional. If it makes you happy, then nerf the ones that are universal and stronger, and therefore, superior.
