I just saw and article where Yoshi was talking about people saying the Relic this time around was too easy. I couldn't agree more, it's one of the things that made me stop playing as much this expansion. The quote I saw was on a GamesRadar article but it was referencing a Play Magazine quote from Yoshi:
"I do appreciate that some people do say that it's too easy in Endwalker, but on the other hand, generally, players are playing many jobs on a single character," Yoshida says. "So although the weapon itself is easy to make, they can benefit from being able to enhance several weapons for different jobs on the same character."

I'm sure I'm not the first person to have thought of this, but why not have a scaling grind where each subsequent weapon is less work than the previous? (1.0>0.75>0.5>...) this sounds like a happy medium where there's a good amount of grind for people who main 1-3 jobs but there's not as much for collectors or people who play different jobs every few weeks/months.
