If you learn more by doing, i would advice you to do low level dungeons ( with npcs or players).
It's easier to learn/practise/test your abilities in a down-scaled environment.
    - You also have The Palace of the Dead as an option.

The general playbook I use when doing a dungeon on SGE is to use a bread-and-butter combo of Krasis-Physis-Kerachole on every pull, and then 'top it up' with additional supplements (A bit like taking multivitamins, to fit with the 'doctor' theme of the job I guess?). So it'd be Haima+Soteria on one pull, Panhaima+Holos on the next, since they're 2min CDs and won't be up on every pull.

At 70, you don't have Krasis, Kera doesn't have its regen effect, and no Panhaima or Pneuma. So I'd recommend Physis-Kerachole-Haima and just play a bit safer with using E.Diagnosis a bit more than you would in later content when you have more skills to play with. You can also go Kerachole, Taurachole when it falls off, then Kerachole when that falls off, and get up to 45s of 10% mitigation on the tank

Krasis being so late in levelling (86) is brutal, wish it was unlocked a lot sooner, it enables big pulls super hard

Yes that is one of my wish for sage that they move it and zoe down to 50 or something at first I thought it was a lame spell but the fact you can stack it with zoe and physis for a 80% total gcd heal increase or you can put this on a warrior/pld/healer who loves you to gold to bump their heal is actually not as bad as I thought.

Its description is badly worded though but it works not only on gcd heals but also action type heals like warriors blood whetting or the other one they do, I only play gnb if I wanna tank so idk warrior stuff much
