End Game Dungeon (50/60/70/80/90) and the infuriating loot system

I would like to talk about this...

How the loot system in End Game dungeon is so bad ? Why ? Especially when Leveling dungeon (all 5X/6X/7X/8X/9X) have a good one...

I mean, when you are chassing for a glam or a ultimate BiS and you are at 60+ runs of one dungeon without seeing a single boots is something FUN and entertaining ? Why is it like that ?

They do have a good system to counter that (the level dungeon one), why it is not implement for all dungeon yet ?

It's a deliberate design decision because you spend so much more time at the cap levels but because of how rewards are higher in later dungeons within the same cap level, nobody would run the earlier dungeons if they guaranteed a full gear set in 11 runs.

Not sur they are so many alienated people that runs end game donjon for loot so i would not call it a good game design decision and daily roulette actually play the jobq of making earlier dungeon still run.

donjon are meant to be a catch-up mechanic for new players (and glamour), eventually BiS for ultimate raider.

I personally have no issue with gear in donjon being much lower ilv, what I have an issue with, is that when you're leveling, the gap between BiS and donjon gear is low, like 5ilv or something, perhaps 10 at most. When running new donjon, it's just so big that expert roulette becomes much easier than leveling which imo makes no sens

Glams don't affect gameplay. Equipment that affects gameplay are readily available. Glams are subjected to RNG to keep people playing.

I appreciated how they did it in ARR, where outfit pieces were guaranteed, and accessories were a bonus drop.
Better still, there was only Tank, DoW, and DoM gear sets, so your odds of getting the piece you wanted were several times higher when gear does drop.

It's a real shame that once an expansion ends, they don't go back and change all the job requirements to generic DoW/DoM (and make them str/agil, int/mind obviously). Not only would it make dungeons more rewarding while leveling, but it would free up so much glamour space.

As it is however, strange as it sounds, I suggest trying out the Duty Support feature.
For whatever reason, I found they limit the drops, but also standarise them. For example, I was running the first boss of Zot for the monk/sam boots, and with Trust, boots of some kind would always drop. And the second chest (which is meant to have a chance for boots) was always an accessory so soon I would just reset after the first boss.
Still took a long while since there's 7 gear sets, but it was more like 10x 10min runs rather than dozens of 20min runs.
